What you’ll own as – InP - Project Manager I-Technology
This is a role that services a global organization and therefore will require the candidate to be flexible on working hours to match the time zones of the Knowledge Deployment team and its audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain SharePoint integrated solutions: Enhance existing knowledge deployment network by creating efficient and scalable solutions, servicing a global business. Gather requirements, application design, development, testing and support.
- Creation of technical drawings: Provide the business with technical infrastructure drawings utilising Visio and other applicable tools as part of data modeling and design process.
- Error resolution: Monitor, manage and resolve technical issues that arise, efficiently, at pace, with no disruption. Communicate the cause, impact and remedy effectively without complexity.
- Technical performance modelling & analytics: Monitor, control and evaluate the performance of our Sharepoint knowledge deployment network. Create efficient scalable and automated reports for all aspects of our knowledge estate.
- Workflow Automation: Integrate workflows using Power Automate across our SharePoint network, utilising a single data source to streamline information delivery to our audience, creating efficiencies and enhancing performance.
- Develop and Maintain Solutions: Develop, customize, and maintain Modern SharePoint knowledge solutions and transitional ServiceNow requirements
- Governance and security: Ensuring that all tenant, access, authentication, security groups are validated in the development of PowerPlatform solutions
- Data Integration: Utilize Graph API, REST API, and ServiceNow APIs for data integration and automation.
- Code reviews: Systematically evaluate new and existing code structures to identify vulnerabilities, development opportunities and resolve existing issues
- Project Management: Plan, monitor and control design and development of solutions utilising agile methodology and the creation of supporting roadmaps (MS project is preferred)
- Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Modern SharePoint, Power Platform development, ServiceNow and future AI capabilities.
Communication:
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical global audience clearly and without complexity
- Creation of technical infrastructure drawings and packs to share with sponsors, stakeholders and collaborators
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions concisely
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Power Platform / SharePoint design and integration
- Proficient in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate
- JSON, JavaScript, HTML / CSS
- Advanced skill in MS Excel, including VBA and Power Query
- Advanced skill in PowerBi
- Proficiency in Modern SharePoint development, including Sharepoint Framework (SPFx)
- Experience with Graph API, REST API, and ServiceNow APIs
