What you’ll own as the Senior Sales Trainer
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Trainer to join our dynamic team. This person will be responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving internal sales training that accelerates ramp time, deepens product and sales expertise, and drives measurable performance outcomes across our sales teams. The ideal candidate is a dynamic facilitator who can command a room (virtual or in person), curate energy across audiences and translate payments concepts into engaging, applicable learning experiences. You will partner closely with sales leaders, product marketing, and sales enablement peers to identify gaps and build programs that move the needle.
Design and deliver scalable training programs- one- to-one and one-to-many- that may include new hire onboarding, on-going skill development, support and deliver product launches, and reinforce methodology development (Winning by Design).
Facilitate engaging, high-energy sessions that could be in a live or virtual environment (classroom, Sales Kickoffs, workshops).
Build and support modern learning experiences that support and combine instructor led training, on demand e-learning, roleplays, etc.
Partner with Revenue Enablement to translate business priorities into targeted learning objectives, curriculum roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with product, marketing and sales leadership to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with the go-to-market strategy.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create programs that drive retention and behavioral change.
Develop and maintain facilitator guides, workbooks, job aids, knowledge checks and assessments.
Measure training effectiveness through completion rates, assessments, sales manager feedback, and downstream sales performance indicators.
Understands sales methodologies (winning by design is what we use) and how they operate within the sales cycle.
What you’ll bring
5 years' experience in sales training, sales enablement, sales, learning & development
Demonstrated experience delivering trainings to teams or groups of people
Be a culture superhero! Can curate energy and motivate people! Are you a charismatic facilitator that can read a room, adapt on the fly and keep audience's attention
Demonstrated experience in learning technologies: LMS platforms, production tools, enablement platforms
Excellent written, oral and visual communication skills
It’s a bonus if you have
Strong instructional design skills
Experience training B2B Sales teams in Fintech,
Payments, SaaS or Tech platforms.
