Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Head of Strategy and Project Management, to join our ever-evolving EMEA Enterprise team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Head of Strategy and Project Management
Responsible for driving the long‑term strategic agenda, planning processes, and cross‑functional alignment required to achieve EMEA’s growth, innovation, and operational objectives.
Oversight of Project Management team responsible for the Go-live of new business deals (54m$), New business deal reporting and Top SOW deals (22m$ IY).
Lead multi‑year strategic planning, RM & BD Target Setting, steer annual/quarterly cycles (including business reviews, strategy refreshes, and prioritization discussions), ensuring alignment with Company objectives, market dynamics, customer needs, and financial goals.
Facilitate EMEA LT alignment with high-level strategy and translate into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, and execution milestones.
Lead EMEA needs in Capital Investments requests.
Lead preparation of materials for regulatory and board meetings.
Facilitate alignment across executive leadership to ensure clarity on goals, decision frameworks, and investment priorities.
Lead SNL Project Management function to deliver successful customer Go‑Lives, ensuring new business deals activate quickly to realise revenue.
What you’ll bring
In-depth knowledge of EMEA’s payments ecosystem and regional nuance, with the ability to translate this knowledge into strategic thinking and review of business options.
Strategic mindset and problem-solving ability, with a track record of driving innovative solutions that optimize business outcomes.
Understanding of EMEA competitor landscape and able to articulate clear strategy to how we will win in this market.
Proven experience as a people leader, with a passion for coaching, developing, and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.
Executive leadership and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional working sessions, strategy offsites and roadmap reviews and challenge thinking, drive alignment without direct authority.
Skilled in orchestrating complex, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring structured execution, clear governance, and high accountability.
