What you’ll own
- Drive successful project outcomes by ensuring priorities, resources and delivery plans align with business objectives and client expectations.
- Lead portfolio visibility through meaningful reporting, insights and performance metrics that enable informed decision making across the organization.
- Shape resource strategies that optimize project delivery, address emerging demand and create sustainable team performance.
- Influence project success by identifying risks early, driving resolution plans and minimizing impacts to timelines, budgets and business outcomes.
- Create operational excellence by improving project management processes, increasing data accuracy and strengthening portfolio governance.
- Build a high performing project management community by sharing knowledge, developing best practices and guiding project teams through complex challenges.
- Drive accountability across project portfolios by monitoring progress, evaluating performance and ensuring commitments translate into measurable results.

What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Experience leading or managing project delivery activities within a complex business environment.
- Strong ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast paced setting.
- Proven experience analyzing project performance, identifying risks and driving effective solutions that improve outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and problem solving capabilities, with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience guiding teams, mentoring colleagues or leading project activities that drive business performance.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience working within a project management office (PMO) or portfolio management environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks and resource planning practices.
- Experience leading project managers or supervising project delivery teams across multiple initiatives.
