What you’ll own
• Drive revenue growth by connecting small and mid-sized businesses with Genius®️ and Global Payments solutions that simplify payments and improve business performance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building that creates consistent sales opportunities.
• Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover client needs, demonstrate value, and deliver solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends, market developments, and emerging client challenges.
• Influence business decisions by presenting tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals and support long-term success.
• Partner closely with your District Leader to identify growth opportunities, accelerate sales performance, and achieve ambitious business objectives.
• Create momentum throughout the sales cycle by managing opportunities effectively and moving prospects confidently toward successful outcomes.
• Strengthen Global Payments’ presence in your territory by building lasting client relationships and expanding market opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with a track record of achieving goals and driving results.
• A client-first mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend solutions that create meaningful value.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills that enable you to influence decisions both in person and virtually.
• A proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to take ownership of opportunities and deliver outcomes.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and determination in a performance-driven environment.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on growth, client success, and business impact.
• A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to spend approximately 75% of your time in the field building client relationships and growing your territory.
