Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Netsuite QA / Test Analyst to join our ever evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios based on user stories, business requirements, and system solutions.
Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot bugs, ensuring timely resolution and conducting regression testing.
Support and maintain quality across two NetSuite environments, including post-release and post-implementation validation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to validate requirements, enhancements, and system functionality.
Create detailed QA and UAT documentation while monitoring testing progress and continuously improving test processes.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM and strong knowledge of workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and permissions.
Proven experience as a QA tester with strong understanding of QA methodologies and test scenario development.
Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and document defects with strong attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.
It’s a bonus if you have
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
NetSuite certifications or experience with SuiteBilling and/or WMS.
Experience working in an Agile software development organization.
