We're looking for an Inside Sales Agent (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own

• Prepare customer contracts and ensure all customer data is complete and accurately maintained in our internal systems.

• Support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Assist the Telesales team with day to day sales activities and administrative tasks.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Onboarding, to ensure a smooth customer journey.

• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and support operational excellence.

What you'll bring

• Completed commercial training or equivalent experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Back Office, or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently, even under tight deadlines.

• A structured, reliable, and self driven approach to work with strong organizational skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution oriented mindset.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in the payments or financial services industry.

• Knowledge of KYC processes or customer onboarding activities.

• Experience working in a fast paced sales or operations environment.
