At Global Payments, giving back to our communities isn’t just something we do, it’s how we grow stronger, more innovative, and more connected. Through our partnership with Cristo Rey Atlanta, we’re helping create pathways for the next generation of talent to gain real-world experience, build confidence, and unlock new opportunities.
Cristo Rey Atlanta serves students from limited economic backgrounds, giving them access to real-world business environments alongside their studies. This year, we welcomed three high school students to our Atlanta hub, where they got hands-on work experience with us one day a week. It’s a partnership we’re really proud of, giving students connections and experience to help them grow their careers.
We’re creating meaningful moments of connection beyond the workplace too. Last month, Andrew Ciafardini, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, had the privilege of hosting a Cristo Rey student and his younger brother at the FIFA Club World Cup match between Czechia and South Africa.
